Process An Artsy Paper and a corner slit frame form the foundation of this layout. The image was duplicated twice and blended via a Layer Mask and Brushes. Blending modes of Soft Light and Screen were applied and the bottom layer was desaturated via Image>Adjustments>Hue/Saturation and then clipped to the frame mask layer. Transfers, Overlays, and the lace layer from MultiMedia Reverie files were placed below the frame clipping set and WordArt, splatters and dimensional elements completed the layout.

What a beautiful family photo! Love the long vertical cluster on the right and all the transfers in the background. Beautiful layout!
