I captured this foggy landscape a few days ago. It was a bonus that the brightly dressed child and the ducks were there.

I placed a neutral Brumal Solid Paper 5 for the background.
I attached my picture to the Brumal FotoBlendz1_1 and revised the placement and colors some of the fotoblendz transfers.
I added Trees No.5 #4 & #7 to frame the back of my photo.
For the cluster: I used the button, LWBrumous and ribbon (re-colored) from the palette elements and placed them over a lace transfer from the Artsy Layered Template No. 262, art strokes and Palette Brush10.
I added threads from HandStitchez No.1 #9 & #10.
I used Winter WordARTMix No.2 Word Transfer “Wintry” to the lower right corner. The font is Courier New for the text.
