In the background I placed a 'sketch' on Oz's room at my house, by making a copy of the photo, Filet > Stylize > Find Edges. Then reverse mask the original photo to add in select color. I also used Joyful transfers to add more color.
The title is from Inkling Word Art - I often use the designs in the WordArt preview to make these kinds of titles.
