For this layout I used the NEW ArtPlay Remembrancer Collection, which is on sale now.
Process
Solid Paper 2 was added as the foundation of the page. Exposure was adjusted to make it a little brighter.
Transfer 2 and #3 of Remembrancer FotoBlendz No 1 was added. The FotoBlendz mask was resized and was rotated until I found the best fit. I made a screenshot of my layout files of Project 2021 album and clipped it to the mask. FotoBlendz mask layers were filled with color.
I made another screenshot of creating this layout in Photoshop. Added the frame, which you can find in APP Remembrancer. I clipped the screenshot to the frame mask.
Some textures, splatters and brushes were added. The page was finished by adding WordART, MultiMedia element and some other elements.
