Starting with the Artsy Layered Template 282, I used palette solid paper 1, adding the Silver Music Overlay from the palette. I place Yuletide FotoBlendz No.1_3 and clipped the city photo to it. The picture used is from Christmas Street Wallpapers-Wallpaperaccess.com modified with various Adobe Photoshop filters applied.
I place transfers from the palette to fill-in areas. I added a Photo Glow No.1_1 under the “Bright” title.
