This is my standard way of creating the pages for my book and at the bottom, if I did anything unusual it is listed. This book is my aA Project 2021.

Start by adding two template pages to the double-page master template I have that is the correct size and has the guides.

Photos - I attach the photos for each page to the frame mask layers and to the focal mask using Layer>Create Clipping Mask

Paper - I add two different papers to each page

Template - stain layers, etc - I color using edit>fill

Elements - I add a couple of ornaments near the page numbers.

Transfers - I add transfers that I think will enhance and contain the focal photo or that help bring colors from one page to the other.

Brushes - I like to stamp art strokes, paper textures, and stains where they added interest to the page.

I have included a stanza or two for each double-page from the poem The Lighthouse by Henry Wadsworth Longfellow and to make it stand out have used the font Forte.

For the journaling, I have used the font Ebrima. For the fancy font on the titles, I used Oceania.

I turned the lighter paper I had selected to a dark color using Ctrl>U so the night photo of the lighthouse would stand out more





I changed the color of the umbrella on page 3 to red to bring some of the red on page 2 over to page 3.


I also changed color of the elements I had added to page 2 to blue for the same purpose.

I didn't cluster the elements to the numbers as I thought they worked better as I have arranged.





For the layered up frames I used a mix of black-white and colored photos.
