Inspiration – working with some old photos and decided to make a snow scene

Start – with new File File>New>12x12x300

Paper-Placed Solid Paper 3 above the background layer

Mask – Used Fotoblendz 1.5 placing it over the paper layer

Photo- Used a winter scene and placed it above the mask layer attaching using Layer>Create Clipping Mask. I moved these two layers above all the other layers of the mask. Then I grouped the other layers of the mask together. I placed a photo of snow-covered trees above the group and attached using Layer>Create Clipping Mask. To give the effect of making my single tree surrounded by a forest of trees.

Elements – I used Magic Sprinkles 2.3

Brushes – I put Trees 5.3 in the lower left-hand corner and Trees 5.4 behind and slightly above the mask. Then I used Splatter Brushes 11.12, 12.8, 14.5, and 15.4 to give the look of snow.
