Page 1 of Project 2021 running through December (by Anna Aspnes). I'm creating an album of our visits to Hungarian Castles (royal castles, ruins and aristocratic palaces). My six word title is “Life's the most wonderful fairy tale” which I think goes well with today's free wordART "Life is a Story" and the castle theme.

Process

• I started with SolidPaper1 from APP Hinge and decided to use Page 24 of Project Template Album No7 because its mask has the best shape for my choosen photo. I kept the FotoBlendz mask and deleted the photo frames. For my photo I used a Watercolor Photoshop Action (you can find here). I clipped my photo to the mask, then duplicated it 3 times: Multiply (opacity: 60% and Poster Edges from the Filter Gallery was applied to this layer), Screen (50%) and Soft Light (90%).
• I used several ArtsyTransfers. A couple of layers were deleted, rearranged, recolored and I played with different blending modes to get the best results.
• Some textures, splatters and brushes was added as well.
• The page was completed by adding "Life is a Story" WordART, journaling and MultiMedia element.
