For this layout I used the NEW ArtPlay Yuletide Collection, which is on sale.
Process
Solid Paper 3 was added as the foundation of the page. Solid Paper 4 was pulled in and blended it on Overlay blending mode, then Solid Paper 1 was added at reduced opacity (20%) on Color Dodge blending mode.
For the next step, ArtsyTransfers 4 was added, rotated and moved to the left. A couple of the layers were removed and rearranged. ArtsyTransfers 1 was added as well, rotated and moved to the right. Some layers were deleted.
A painting effect was applied to the photo and it was blended with a Yuletide Fotoblendz 4. Textures, stains and hipster plume was filled with color and different blending modes was set.
Some textures, splatters and brushes was added.
The page was finished by adding "All is calm" WordART, word transfer, some text and MultiMedia element (changed some elements and moved around the stars and circles).
