ArtsyKardz Incandescence was used as the structure. Multiple copies of the photo were clipped to the layers of the card. Bokeh lights (with adjusted the color) were added at soft light blending mode. Holiday WordArtMix was used for the title.
Oh I loved that Incandescence palette last year, it makes a beautiful card! There was a display of giant holiday balls just like that I captured in New York City one year.
