APP Rainbow Artsy paper 5 creates the foundation. APP Rainbow Transfer 6 is layered onto the ground. The figure is extracted with a layer mask, simplified, and finished with a drop shadow. Some of the Charcoal brushes are colored white. The title (Chalkduster Regular font) received an accent rainbow from APP Epoch. I googled free png files and found the unicorn. It does have the signature Jenni in a corner.
