Used .png from Wine and Vines No 2 and placed as focal image (house)
Brought in .png of woman and did Hue/Saturation adjustment to desaturate
Placed stock photo for walkway and desaturated
Placed multiple copies of grass, desaturated and coloured
Brought in multiple copies of leaf #4 and applied Hue/Saturation adjustments randomly
Applied blue brushstrokes to sky
Made composite layer and applied an Oil Painting Look in Topaz Studio 2
