Created using Picture This Collection from Vicki Robinson Designs. Fonts are Segoe Script and Bodoni MT.

To blend the dog photo, I added a black layer mask. I then used a white radial gradient to reveal the portions of the photo I wanted to use. The blend mode for the photo is set to Hard Light. The background consists of two layers. The bottom layer is a blue and brown artsy paper. The top layer is an artsy paper with yellows, oranges and green and uses a blend mode of Darker Color.
