Translation:
Högakustenbron crosses Ångermanälven between Kramfors and Härnösand. At it's opening in 1997 it was the world's 9th longest suspension bridge: 1800 meters. Is is also one of Sweden's highest constructions since the pillars stretches 180 meter above the surface. The span in the longest in Scandinavia, 3rd longest in Europe and 11th longest in the world. The bridge is 18 meter wide and it cost abour 1,1 billions Swedish Krona to build.
Since both of us suffer from mild bridge phobia, we never went over. Turned off onto a smaller road and just stood and watched it. Took a lot of photos. It is beautiful, but damn if I want to cross it!
hah, I love your journaling! I am ok with bridges if they are far up, but if they are long with the water *right underneath* I get a little uncomfortable. But your photos are incredible, love how you broke the middle one into parts!
