I used a plain paper for the foundation. I duplicated it and used a Photoshop watercolor filter on it and then dropped the opacity. I used an UrbanThreadz FotoBlendz Frame No 2 as a mask for my photo. Under the photo and mask/frame I placed 4 transfers. I also used the string from the elements to frame my photo. I used a transfer on top of the mask. The button is from the elements. The title is from Photo WordArt Mix No 1. Thank you for looking.
