Alfresco Artsy Kardz Heatwave
Portland OR experienced record high temps, up to 116 F. Air conditioners could not handle it (ours broke after running for too long). We set up camp in our basement, which was kind of fun

Maya de Groot Family is Forever (thermometer)
Started with all the Weather App and Instagram screen shots. I clip these to Rounded Rectangles, then add a stroke and drop shadow.
Background is repeated Alfresco ArtsyKardz.
Used MultiFoto Template ALbum 2 page 1 to blend the large photo of our "campsite" in the basement and the last photos of us cooling ourselves in the river before returning from the mountains.
Added Stitchez Suns and MM Suns, adding strokes and shadows to some to express the extreme heat.
Added MM Documents for journaling (thank you @musicmom3 for the inspiration!).
Title is a variation from Outdoor Word Art (I used free font "hey august" to very closely match the wordart font).
Then I just kept adding and playing until I felt it expressed the situation.
