Made for Challenge 6 (Collab) I used a photo and applied cur out filter, counted the levels and applied a gradient map layer on it. A another duplicate of the photo got the stamp filter with back and for ground color set on colors from the gradient map (layer set on Hard light). I applied a Glass filter (tiny lens) on the top layer and set it on multiply.
