APP Patience Artsy Paper 2 creates the foundation. I positioned the Patience FotoBlendz on the paper and added the photo. I used the frame and shadow from APP Patience as an overlay. The cluster elements come from APP Patience. I inserted a photo into the charm frame to complete the cluster. There is a Hands of Time 1-8 brush behind the cluster. For addition depth and texture, the MultiMedia Documents was placed behind the photo.
