This took so long I hardly know what I did here, but...
Background is Solid Paper from APP Glacial. Transfers from APP Prismatic add color. Over this is a copy of the puzzle photo in Overlay blending mode.
My newly transplanted spider plant on the left (with a homemade macrame hanger and a homemade plant pot sweater) is blended in Hard Light mode.
Then lots of embellishments and words. Words are about accomplishments, transitions, and a continuation of 'finding the joy in the everyday'.
