Process.
The background that I used for the foundation Glacial paper 5.
I added the photo over the top and resized to the size I wanted,
Then I added Transfer 2 and changed the Opacity to 57%. I then added transfer 1 and turned it sideways.
Then I added Glacial Art Play palette overly 2 and 3,
