The "so very thankful," "unbelievably grateful" and "incredibly blessed" word art is from Friendsgiving. The photo frame and layered papers underneath are from Autumn Story Frames.

For each piece of word art, I separated the smaller text from the larger text. For the word "thankful" I filled the word with the red color and then added a bevel to it. For "grateful" I filled it with the blue-green color and then added a stroke around the word. For "blessed" I clipped a paper to the word and then added Emboss.
