Against Solid Papers from APP Evanescent, Scenic Template used with minor size Transforms. 3 copies of my large tree/rainbow photo are used, the first set to Lumosity just to give a black and white form, then next to Normal to brush in the rainbow color, the 3rd set to Linear Dodge to add in some brightness. The photos clipped to the frames are untouched - the red Japanese maple is in front of my house, the other trees at the end of our block. Added MM Rain, making it slightly smaller to fit the scale of my pages, added Transfers for some background color and texture. Add my "Instructions" and highlighted using a soft round Brush in Yellow, and placing this behind the text at about 50% opacity.
