Phew I worked on this for a long time - may have tried to cram too much on a page, but just a rather bad pic of myself voting (legal to take a voting selfie in Oregon) would have been boring

Adryane and Miki https://ozone.oscraps.com/gallery/showphoto.php?photo=436869&title=if-i-lose&cat=1351 have recently done some wonderful "americana" pages which were my inspiration. I had my selfie, two voting e-stickers, an Oregon voter banner from an email, a photo of some lawn signs in my neighborhood. I placed these on the pages and layered ArtPlay Papers below and MultiMedia elements above and kept moving things around. Also added a huge waving American Flag image in the background (inspiration from Adryane), set to Overlay at 40% Opacity.
Key to this page was desaturating (Add a Hue Saturation Adjustment layer, Check Colorize, then adjust the color sliders) my selfie, the Oregon voting banner (which had a ton of colors that were not red, white or blue) and the "I Voted Early" sticker, which for some reason was green. Then to make a visual triangle I desaturated the big blue flower.
The star strips across the page are paper cuts with a red Stroke (about 15 px) and big Drop Shadow (35 px).
