Process
A solid paper from APP Salute was used as the foundation. The MM USA Flags_3 was placed in the center of the page. The large blue flower was deleted. Brush 4 from Stars 1 was stamped onto the white paper. The brush was recolored blue. A transfer from APP Red White Blue was clipped to the paper layer. The caricatures were downloaded from the internet, extracted with a custom shadow added. The speech bubbles were created by using the custom shape tool in Photoshop. Snippet of paper were clipped to the speech bubbles to add a subtle color. More stars were stamped around the page. The page was completed by adding word art, splatters and dimensional embellishments.
