I created the background with multiple copies of a Hinterland patterned paper, flipped 90 degrees (Edit - Transform - Flip Horizontal). Frames, masks and stitching from Stitched Template Album selected and placed based on my photo needs. Stitches from the template cut apart and placed as frames and edge accents (Select the Rectangular Marquee Tool, draw around the stitches you want, then hit Cntl J to Copy onto a new layer; duplicate and resize).
