Process
A solid paper from APP Salute was used as the foundation of the page. The paper was darkened by using the Levels adjustment. The 12x12 Page Fotoblendz Overlay mask was resized and placed in the center of the page. The image of the White House was clipped to the mask. A Thin Strip Mask was placed over the left side of the White House. The stamps in MM USA Flags 1 were merged together and clipped to the mask strip. A WaterColor FotoBlendz mask was recolored white and the image of President Wilson was clipped to it. The same process was repeated for the image of President Trump. The presidential layers were grouped together, duplicated with the blending mode changed to hard light. This allowed for some transparency. The image of the flag was extracted, duplicated with the blending mode of both layers changed to soft light. Next a mask (recolored white) from Fotoblendz Overlay 15 was placed on the bottom layer. The page was completed by adding paper textures, transfers, splatters, MM Magic Sparklez and word journaling.
