Process
A solid paper from APP Apothic was used as the foundation of the page. The photo (from the internet) was extracted. The extracted layer was duplicated and a half tone filter was applied with the blending mode changed to soft light. A sticker back was added with a custom shadow. The circular arrow brush from APP Science was layered behind the photo along with a brush from CircleIT 2. The transfer from Red White Blue was desaturated and placed in the lower left side of the page. The red white and blue stars are from APP Work Hard Play Hard. They were resized and recolored. Black brushes from Stars 1 were added along with MM Magic Sprinklez.
