APP HeartBeach Solid paper 2 is the foundation. The photo was duplicated. The top layer was treated with a Filter, Graphic Novel, Fine Detail and set to Hardlight Blending Mode at 29%. A third layer of the photo received a watercolor effect in Waterlogue and was converted to black and white. The Artsy Transfers, the Brushes, and the Tissue Textures were added to the background. The Title cluster was created with the word art , the Loop da loop and the Urban Stitchez. The glows of the Loop da Loop were duplicated to add light to other areas of the design.
