Journaling reads: Did anyone really think that we wouldnt put up a Christmas Tree in July for our Pandemic Theme Night? Not only did we put up a tree, we baked three different Christmas cookies- two of which had never been baked for consumption other than Christmas. We traded gifts that we found in the attic or the basement and Santa left things for us on our stockings. (brown paper bags!). We know that it was Santa because the cookies we left for him were gone on the morning. Our guest of Honor what supposed to be watching for him but we think he drank too much eggnog and fell asleep. But we let him wear his hat anyway.
