August Challenge #7 -MIXED MEDIA/ARTSY at Oscraps https://ozone.oscraps.com/forum/showthread.php?t=39718

I guess that I started with the faery quote first and then picked my map papers and kit afterward. I was in the mood to travel to a different word and the bright colors in the Autumn Travel pack were well-suited. Since the quote had imagery of faeries on a mountain I sandwiched the forest background between the two maps, purple and green. I duplicated the photo and set the bottom layer to Luminosity and the top to Lighten I erased a few areas on the bottom layer to give it a touch of transparency. I scattered the Doppler Effects in between layers and used different blending modes to give them a more magical glow.
