I was not the only one who got the idea but I saw a lovely mermaid wanting to be scrapped when I saw that gorgeous tail by Tina!

The mermaid is Made of an old photograph og Crafty Button designs, a silhouette from the same designer and Tina 's fish tail
i also loved the idea for her having a pool float, I gave the
lifebuoy from emoto a patternlay styl

I used puppet warp to turn some elements from vicki Stegall into water plants
At last a Visible stamped the layers and applied a lighting effect on it
