I used papers from Joyful Heart Designs, et designs and Natali Designs to create the background. The bottom layer is a dark blue paper from the Hope and Dream kit. The next layers is a lighter blue paper from the Springtime kit set to Overlay blend mode and the top paper is a blue, green and purple paper from Grunged Out Thirteen set to darker color. The word strip was created using a green paper from Springtime Kit and then clipping a paint overlay to the paper to create more interest.
