Journaling: My Great Grandmother* described her parents as hardy pioneers
who crossed the plains to find a home in the New West.
William H. Fullam and Anna Tunsted, originally from Ireland,
married in Hartford, Connecticut on Dec. 13, 1854.
Their first three children, Richard, Mary, and William, were born
in Wisconsin. Missouri was the birthplace of fourth child, John.
Sarah*, Louisa, and Anna were born in Kansas
where the family settled.

Process: Started with 3x4 ArtsyKardz Ordinare 1 (psd file); clipped copies of photo to both transfer layers and to paint gray; flattened layers. Positioned FramedMask 3_6 (psd file) on Ordinare ArtsyPaper 1 and clipped above composite to central mask layer (hiding frame mask and frame matte). Added and recolored ArtsyStains 10_7 and 13 and Ordinare Brush 2 for texture under the foliage cluster. Finished with elements, WordArt, and journaling.
