ArtPlay Palette 6 Overlay was layered in a new document and adjusted for size.APP6 Brush 6 and 8 were added to create the blocking areas for the photos and accents. The portrait was clipped to brush 6. The second photo was adjusted by size to fit behing the horizontal box of the overlay. An Adjustment Layer was added to boost the Levels and to color the image. APP Poppy Transfer 2 was used as a red stroke. Floral Art 2-8 was added as texture along the edges and blended with APP 6 brad 6. APP 6 brads were added for dimension. The title and subtitle were added.
