Down the Shore is my happy place!
I created the background paper by Blending one of the Art Paper Overlays over a paper from the Vitamin Sea Kit and merged them. I blended another paper from the kit over that one (Pin Light 100% Opacity) I used the brushes to add some pops of blue that matched the ocean water for some balance
