Process: I started with an artsy paper from ArtPlay Palette Merry Tree. I placed my photo, added a mask and inverted it. Then I painted back the photo with some brushes. I added the frame behind the horses and deleted the frame matte and mask. Then I erased the lower part of it. I added stains, brushes and transfers and placed these behind and above the frame. Some got an adjustment layer for Photofilter and others a Color Overlay. Transfers and an overlay were also placed along the left side of the layout and set to blending mode Multiply. All of these come from ArtPlay Palette Merry Tree. I finished the layout with embellishments from ArtPlay Palette Merry Tree, wordarts from Christmas WordART No 10, recolored edge overlay from Evergreen Overlays No 1 and the tree from MultiMedia Christmas Trees No 3.
