I converted my photo using Coffee Shop's Selective COlor Action (https://www.thecoffeeshopblog.com/p/images-of-all-of-actions.html) and used the layer mask to bring the color back into the one red flower.
To have the word art match the color palette, I opened the file, then duplicated it so I didn't mess up the original. T used the Lasso Tool to select and delete the floral bits. Next, I used the lasso to select the words "amazing" and "you" -- Layer via Cut, changing the color using the eyedropper to select the color from the flower. Last, I used the Magic Wand to select a few of the black paint spatters and changed the color using Edit>Fill>Color
