Process: I started with a solid paper from ArtPlay Palette Sky's The Limit. I placed my photo and the blending mode was set to Linear Burn. I added some adjustments layers and lighten up dark parts of the photo. I placed a lace in the middle of the layout and to the left of it a transfer and a star from the APP and a glow from CoolGlows No 4. The transfer was duplicated and the copy set to blending mode Multiply. Another transfer was set to Hard Light and placed in the top left corner as this part was so dark. Then I added brushes which was transformed and recolored. The wordstrip got adjustment layers for Levels and Brightness/Contrast to match the rest of the layout. I finished the layout with the quote and a bit of a cloud was symbolic of the spilled milk.
