Process
Artsy Layered Template 297 was opened up. The frame layers were turned off. To begin the photo of the large sunflower was clipped to the white stain layer. The photo was duplicated and clipped to the white stain shadow layer, for a slightly more intense color. The photo was duplicated 3 more times and clipped to a transfer layer, the purple stain layer (blending mode color burn) and the color layer (blending mode changed to color burn). The artstrokes were recolored white. Some of the layers were turned off or moved to add more textured to the image. All of the layers were merged, then duplicated with blending mode changed to soft light. A layer mask was added and the hard edges were brushed out using a soft black brush. A fotoblendz overlay was placed over the image with the photo of the cluster of sunflowers clipped to it. These layers were resized to fit onto the page. The page was completed by adding word art, dimensional embellishments and edge overlays.
