After 850 years the timber roof of the Notre Dame Cathedral was destroyed by fire. Right away wealthy donors pledged hundreds of millions of dollars to rebuild it.

Devastating loss, yet so many have already contributed to the rebuilding fund. The vivid blue really accentuates the stained glass and orange glow of the fire! An artistic representation of yesterday's tragedy.

Beautiful tribute of this extraordinary landmark that truly belongs to the world. I love the white stain that is a subtle hint of the fire as well as the stain glassed windows in the background. Countries are rallying around this prime example of gothic architecture that shows how much Notre Dame is loved and how much it means. The love and outpouring shows how much it is loved.

Amazing art and tribute to a historic landmark! Love the blending of the stain glass window and the blue background with areas of orange (flames). Gorgeous!
