Process:

APP Moon Solid paper 4 was placed on a new background.
ALT 225 frames and masks were placed and my photo duplicated and clipped to each mask and positioned.
Artsy Transfer To The Moon2 was placedsome layers recolored, some removed and several repositioned for the look beneath the framed photos.
Eggs1-5 was stamped beneath the photos and above AT and moved to show only the frilly edge of the brush.
Palette star clip, pink stamen, and blue bow (hue sat adjustment) create the cluster.
MMMoon5 elements were placed on the edge and one stain moved beneath the photo and stains.
