Process:
Palette Solid Paper 2 was placed on a new canvas.
Fotoblendz Overlay14_2 was placed, and the Pixabay photo was clipped to the overlay, then duplicated and ran through filter>smart blur>edges, then set on linear dodge at 50% opacity, and clipped to the overlay, with a levels adjustment.
ArtsyLayered Template frames and masks (2) were drug onto the canvas, clipping Artsy Paper 5 to each one, reducing the paper size. Copies of the landscape photo with smart blur filter were placed over the papers and clipped to the frame mask.
Finishing touches of WordArt and palette elements finished the page.
