Process:
I started with ArtPlay Palette Milieu's 2 art papers.
Middle Block:
I added the photo to the FotoBlendzOverlays14_1 placed underneath it with a mask. I duplicated the photo (the top layer was cut with Layer-Light and then Layer-Create Clipping Mask).
I've placed ArtPlayPaletteMilieu_FrameEphemeraC over the photos.
VintageSummer1_12 (Adjustment Layer - Effect: Bevel & Emboss and Drop Shadow), I duplicated a layer that I painted green and then cut it (Layer - Create Clipping Mask).
I made APP Milieu transfers during the middle block.
I placed the listed sets above the middle block: Stitchez, ArtStroke, Brush, WordARTMix. Here I placed the MultiMedia Milieu (2) to the left, continuing the line of the fence a little.
Finally, I placed MilieuWordARTMix1_WAAQuietPlace (Adjustment Layer - Effect: Stroke, Drop Shadow).
Where I thought it was necessary to use the vector mask for the layers.
