This has been created with APP Coolth and Torn Photo Frames No 2 and MultiMedia Sea Sprinklez.

I used a paper from the APP to be my background. I then selected a frame from Torn Photo Frames No 2 and clipped my manipulated photo to the first frame.

I then duplicated the border frame twice and re-coloured from the challenge colour palette.

I finally added one of the png files from MultiMedia Sea Sprinklez and placed it on its own layer at the bottom of the frame and then brushed away a part of it that I didn't want in the picture.
