Close your eyes and make a wish

A wish and a dream come true....my granddaughter touring Europe this month...standing under the Eiffel Tower.

Process: On a new background, Palette Artsy Paper 2 was placed, with a mask and some of the design was removed. Over that layer, palette solid paper 3 was placed on darker color blend mode.
My granddaughters photo was placed, with an inverted mask, and the photo was revealed, then duplicated on soft light blend mode.
Palette transfers 5 and 6 were placed beneath the photo and a bit of masking done on them. Additional artsy paints were stamped on multiple layers beneath the photo and transfers to add a touch of color.
A levels adjustment was added to the layers listed above to give a high-key background with a tiny bit of detail and color.
Palette Overlay 2, brush 4, and flower were placed.
ALT174 glitters and urbanthreadz and WordART finished the page.
