Such cute products are available in the Oscraps Store.

I started with a 12 x 12 page and selected a paper from AAP Silver Bells.

I then selected a stamp of music from AASPN ChristmasNostalgia3 and placed it in the middle of the page layout.

I then selected the wreath and Reindeer from AASPN MultiMediaReindeer.

I placed them on their own layers with the Reindeer behind the Wreath.

Once I had the cluster as I wanted it, I added wording from APP SilverBells and added a drop shadow on it to make it stand out.
