Watch out world! She's already has a RBF* or Resting Baby Face. I come from a long line of self-described "sassy girls" and it looks like the newest girl in the family will carry on that tradition. LOL I used a vague candy sprinkles theme for this design because that phrase sugar and spice" did not apply to her look. So APP Sugar was the perfect choice.

*RBF is a slang term for Resting Bitch Face, and since Peyton looks irritated, I did a play on words using Resting Baby Face instead.

Process notes:
I used SolidPaper No. 2 as my base. I did an extraction of the photoIm not so good at this, so I feathered the photo a lot. I place a watercolor FB beneath it and recolored it a blue that matched her bow. I duplicated the photo and used a lighten blend mode at 47%. I added transfers from APP Sugar around the photo, masking out certain areas for a smoother blend. Placed and recolored stainedEdge overlay to add more pink to the design. Made simple wordART by adding a word to existing WA. Text was the final touch.
