Process notes:
I like repurposing old art, for this design I blended one of my early CitraArt papers with SolidPaper No. 3 from APP Archive using the pin light blend mode. I added my towers photo and masked out most of the background. Placed a glow between the layers, reduced the opacity to 77%. Around and underneath the photo, I placed transfers and stains around the photo. Also brushed in some stamps in the background. Made a composite layer (Shift+Opt+E), turned it into a smart object and applied two PhotoShop filters. First one was Poster Edges set on pin light at 82% opacity. The second one was underpainting set the same as the first layer. Created the word art using the Ornatique font. Added buttons from the kit for a stylish accent.
