I layered a few papers overtop the base paper and used an inverted mask to stamp over the page. I used a selective selective coloring adjustment layer to change the colors of the paper to coordinate with my photo. I added a blend mode lighten layer overtop the right edging to brighten up the cluster strip along that edge. After applying paint splats around the large masked photo, I stamped with a large brush overtop the photo and changed the blend mode to overlay, then reduced the opacity to brighten and enhance that main focal point.
