Process
This composite evolved as I created it.
I started with an artsy paper and added the first photo which I had extracted form the background.
I then clipped it to an overlay and another artsy paper.
I then duplicated the photo 4 more times adding different blending modes.
The group photograph was clipped to another overlays duplicated twice and hard light blending modes applied.
A black and white adjustment layer was clipped to the photo layers. Then I brushed back in some colour to the photo.
Artsy Transfers were added for texture.
The photo layers were run through the poster edges filter to add some grunge.
I added the slide with photo clipped to it, stitching was added.
Finally I added a title.
